About Mrs. Miller

Hello!

 

My name is Chelby Miller, and I am one of five special education teachers at Wahpeton Elementary School. I mainly work with students in grades 3rd through 5th. This is my 4th year of teaching special education. My goal when working with students with disabilities is to see progress in their abilities and skills over time as well as build their self-esteem and positive talk within themselves. I strive to provide a positive classroom environment, build positive relationships with each student, and give our students the best chance at success in school.
